Little Flower UFSD was created by a special act of the NYS legislature in 1972, furthering its original mission to serve at-risk and underprivileged youth since the 1920s by establishing the Little Flower of Wading River Union Free School District. This year we celebrate 50 years as a special act school district, reflecting on all we have accomplished thus far and all we plan to accomplish in the future, while remaining Dedicated to the Education of All Students.
