International Alliance for Invitational Education (IAIE) Visit

Little Flower UFSD Selected as a
“Welcoming School”

October 20, 2015:  Little Flower Union Free School District was host to 56 educators from Hong Kong and Mexico as part of the International Alliance for Invitational Education (IAIE) pre-conference school visits. Little Flower was selected as a “Welcoming” school due to its unique blending of programs that are designed to meet the social and emotional needs of the Day and Residential students who attend the school. Distinguished guests in attendance included the Honorable Roger Tilles, Member NYSED Board of Regents and Ellen Ganon, Regional Associate, Office of Special Education. We were honored that our school district was selected and we had the opportunity to showcase our program to international educators and our prominent state officials.
